Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully Repack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and remain eligible for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Schedule

  Bring your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal for larger furniture pieces.
